If you’ve always wanted to know which number someone called you on then our new tagging feature is for you!

You can now add short tags to your inbound numbers so that when someone dials that number, their number shows up on your phone screen prefixed by the tag you entered.For example, let’s imagine you have a main phone number for most enquiries but a special number setup for sales from your website. All you need to do is enter a short tag, such as “Website”, against the special phone number. If I were to dial your website number my phone number would show on your phone as “Website:01983222324”.

Now you can see who called you and answer your calls appropriately!

You can even change or delete the tags whenever you like.
